This is not a traditional convention—it’s an intimate, high-energy event designed to connect horror fans directly with unique vendors and creators.

 Event Details

• Duration: 3 Hours
• Setup Time: Vendors must arrive 30–45 minutes prior to event start
• Breakdown: Immediately following event conclusion

Standard Vendor Table (Vendor Room) – $50

Located in a dedicated vendor space for focused browsing and collector traffic.

Premium Lobby Placement – $65

High-visibility placement in the theater lobby with heavy foot traffic before and after screenings.

We prioritize vendors whose products align with the horror audience, including:

• Horror merchandise & collectibles
• VHS, Blu-ray, physical media
• Retro / cult / exploitation content
• Artists, prints, handmade goods
• Horror-adjacent pop culture

 If your products appeal to horror fans, you’re a good fit.

 Vendor Guidelines

• No counterfeit or bootleg merchandise allowed
• Vendors must adhere to venue rules and the Dead Walk Fest Code of Conduct
• Professional behavior is required at all times

 Promotion

We actively promote all events—but vendors are expected to promote as well to maximize turnout.
